Meet Rosa

WELCOME! I'm a Christian Mindset Life Coach, wife, mom, and brand new grandma who is in this season right alongside you.

I know what it feels like to pour everything into everyone else and wake up one day wondering when it's your turn. I went back to school, I became a grandma, I watched my whole season shift — and I had to learn how to show up for myself the way I had always shown up for everyone else.

That is exactly why I do this work.

I believe God puts a stirring in a woman for a reason. And I refuse to let you talk yourself out of it.

I will help you slow down, get honest about where you really are, renew your mind, and walk boldly into what God has for you in this season — your health, your relationships, your faith, your dreams, your pace.

You do not have to figure this out alone. And you do not have to keep waiting for the right time.

MY STORY

When I became a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I thought I had all the answers.

Change your diet. Change your food. That was the foundation... right?

But then I stepped into the entrepreneur world and I realized I had so much to learn. I didn't know how to start a business. I didn't know how to sell. And honestly — I didn't believe in myself. My mindset was so defeated. And no amount of healthy eating was going to fix that.

That is when everything shifted.

Looking back I can see God was already working on me in that season. Showing me this wasn't just about food. It was about my thinking.

I got into network marketing and for me it was a personal development company disguised as a business opportunity. I learned about myself. I learned how to believe in myself again. And I realized my mindset was the real problem... and the real solution. God used that season to show me what was really going on underneath everything.

That led me to a Mindset Life coach certification. And then to my Neuro Coach certification. And that is where everything connected.

The Scripture. The coaching tools. The way God designed us to think and to change. It was all connected.

Most recently I graduated from Life Mentoring School as a Certified LMS Coach. And that is where everything came together completely. The biblical foundation. The coaching tools. The ability to sit with a woman and help her see what God sees in her.

I got coached. My mindset became stronger. My belief in myself came back. My life changed.

And I knew one day I wanted to do that for someone else.

That is why I am here. And that is why I will not let you stay stuck in a season God is calling you out of.
